Welcome to SMM Captain! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SMM Captain's Social Media Marketing (SMM) panel services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using SMM Captain's SMM panel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

USER ELIGIBILITY

To use SMM Captain's SMM panel, you must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. By using our services, you affirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Certain features of our SMM panel may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

SERVICE USAGE

You agree to use SMM Captain's SMM panel services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The services may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including violating intellectual property rights or the terms of service of social media platforms. You will not upload anything into the SMM Captain site, including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social Media community.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

While we strive for continuous availability, SMM Captain does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time without prior notice for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons.

SMM Captain will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social account and help boost your "Appearance" only.

We DO NOT guarantee that your new followers will interact with you, we guarantee that you will get the followers you pay for.

We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.

SMM Captain DOES NOT guarantee full delivery within 24 hours. We make no guarantee for delivery time at all. We provide our best estimation for orders during the placing of orders. However, these are estimates. If you are selling on a website that requires time-sensitive results, use SMM Captain at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for loss of funds, negative reviews, or you being banned for late delivery.

REFUND POLICY

After adding funds to SMM Captain.com you need to take the service. If you think you will not take the service, you will not be able to get any money back through any payment gateway or method and cannot take any legal action for refund. You must take the service. If you agree to the terms, add funds. Thank you.

After orders placed in SMM Captain will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your SMM Captain account if the order is non-deliverable.

TERMINATION

SMM Captain reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, logos, and intellectual property associated with our SMM panel are owned by SMM Captain. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our explicit written permission.

GOVERNING LAW

Use of this website and any dispute arising out of its use are subject to the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal action or proceedings related to or arising out of these terms and conditions shall be settled in the courts and/or tribunals in Bangladesh.

NOTE 1

Never call to the number because those are other people's accounts and we use them as rent. If you call then they may block you.

After adding funds to SMM Captain you need to take the service.

If you think you will not take the service, you will not be able to get any money back through any payment gateway or method and cannot take any legal action for refund.

PRIVACY POLICY

Our company highly values your privacy. We follow a policy of confidentiality to tell you how we collect and use information about you and what we do to keep this information confidential.

We collect data from our users: Username, Email, Skype ID, IP Address.

In SMM Captain, we do not share confidential information you have provided to us. Also, we never share this information with third parties, including your orders.

We don't communicate and contact the owners of services.

We do not disclose information about your resale — all information remains with us.

SMM Captain will protect your data for safety and prevent fraud, theft, or loss. Also, we guarantee the security of your data from copying or modification by third parties.

SMM Captain works only with legal representatives who value the protection of personal information. That's why we confirm that your information will be protected.

WARNING

SMM Captain will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer.

SMM Captain is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or other social media platforms.

Misplaced or private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm every order before placing it.

Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to the termination of your account. There are no exceptions.

Please do not use more than one server simultaneously for the same page. We cannot give you the correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund these orders. Please keep your attention.

Most of the services start instantly except a few services that take 24–48 hours to deliver. If you do not receive your service in time, please contact support to fix the issue. We are online 12 hours per day to help you.
